Job Summary
To support the Property & Casualty Actuarial team, the full-time Senior Actuarial Analyst will analyze large datasets, build models and dashboards, and automate workflows while collaborating with experienced analysts and actuaries in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage multiple client-specific deliverables related to renewals and special projects
- Conduct actuarial reserve analyses, captive feasibility studies, and insurance program pricing studies
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data using tools like Excel, R, Python, SQL, and Power BI
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or Data Science
- 2 - 5 years of related insurance industry experience
- Proficiency in Excel and at least one scripting language (R, Python, SQL)
- Progress toward Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS) certification is a plus
- Ability to work with large datasets and manage multiple projects simultaneously
