Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Actuarial Analyst will manage client-specific deliverables, conduct actuarial analyses, and develop analytical tools while collaborating with a team to translate data into actionable insights.
Key responsibilities
- Manage multiple client-specific deliverables related to renewals and special projects
- Conduct actuarial reserve analyses, pricing studies, and loss forecasting
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data using tools such as Excel, R, Python, and SQL
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or Data Science
- 2-5 years of related insurance industry experience
- Proficiency in Excel and at least one scripting language (R, Python, SQL)
- Progress toward Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS) certification is a plus
- Ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating with a team
