Senior Actuarial Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting reserve analyses across a diverse portfolio, the full-time Senior Actuarial Analyst will complete loss reserving analyses, recommend reserves, and manage junior analysts while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct loss reserving analyses and provide recommendations to leadership
• Manage reserve reviews performed by junior analysts and integrate acquired business data
• Collaborate with Claims and Product teams to assess the impact of claim handling and underwriting changes on reserves

Required qualifications

• A minimum of 6 years of analytical work experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with 3 years of experience
• A minimum of 5 passed actuarial examinations as per the Casualty Actuarial Society's Syllabus of Basic Education
