Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Actuarial Assistant - P&C - Excess and Surplus.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform moderate to highly complex actuarial analysis using statistical and predictive modeling techniques
• Mentor and supervise less experienced team members
• Manage and contribute to projects of moderate complexity, ensuring quality data and appropriate tool utilization

Required Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
• Actively pursuing a Casualty Actuarial Society (CAS) designation
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Understanding of Excess and Surplus lines of business
• Experience in coding and manipulating large datasets using tools like R, SQL, and PowerBI
