Senior Actuarial Associate

Job Summary

To support investment strategy development, the full-time Senior Actuarial Associate will manage ALM model and assumption development, portfolio risk monitoring, and present findings to business partners, working remotely or from Columbus, OH.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and analyze ALM models and investment strategies for a $100B+ portfolio
• Monitor portfolio risks and evaluate asset sales and pool rebalancing
• Collaborate with stakeholders to present findings and recommendations

Required qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field
• ASA designation and enrollment in the Actuarial Development Program; working towards FSA or recently attained FSA
• Four to seven years of actuarial experience
• Experience with AXIS and/or ALFA actuarial software
• Proficiency in SQL, Databricks, Power BI, Tableau, and Python
