Senior Actuarial Associate (ASA)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Actuarial Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the model development team with enhancements and maintenance of the VA Prophet model
• Review, update, quantify, and analyze impacts of annual VA assumption updates for Statutory and GAAP reserves
• Develop tools and spreadsheets to support analysis on reserve movements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Actuarial Science, or related fields
• ASA designation with Society of Actuaries is required
• 4+ years of relevant work experience in the related field
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Access
• Exposure to modern actuarial software (Prophet, MG ALFA, etc.) is a plus
