Senior Actuarial Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Actuarial Consultant to advance healthcare analytics and develop data-driven strategies for improving health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance forecast models for Medicare Advantage financial projections
• Conduct in-depth data extractions and analyses to provide actionable insights
• Mentor junior team members and lead training sessions to build internal capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• Currently on the Actuarial exam track with a minimum of 4 passed exams
• 4+ years of experience as an actuary in healthcare or related analytics role
• Extensive experience in building and maintaining Excel-based models
• Experience in designing and executing actuarial analyses using R, Python, SQL, SAS, and/or VBA
