Senior Actuarial Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Actuarial Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult on DC consulting opportunities, including plan design, nondiscrimination testing, and marketplace trends
• Provide expertise and support for governmental and non-qualified DC arrangements
• Generate and grow revenue as a DC plan design and compliance expert

Required Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of experience in retirement consulting
• Track record of successfully managing client relationships
• Extensive knowledge of retirement programs, specifically DC plans
• ASPPA and/or SOA credentials are a plus
• Proven negotiation and problem-solving skills
