Job Summary
To support impactful healthcare initiatives, the full-time Senior Actuarial Data Analyst will develop and maintain financial reports and analytics, ensuring accuracy and compliance while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, document, and maintain reports and analytics to support financial decision-making
- Lead medical claims reinsurance reporting and support the preparation of provider group financial statements
- Utilize advanced tools to create customized dashboards and automate reporting processes for efficient metric monitoring
Required qualifications
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience in an actuarial role focused on claims reserves and IBNR estimation
- Proficiency in technical tools such as MS Excel, SQL, Tableau, Access, and Python
- Experience in performing complex data analysis and developing reports in a healthcare setting
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail
