Senior Actuarial Data Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Senior Actuarial Data Systems Analyst will manage the maintenance and optimization of Actuarial Systems Data Marts, perform data refreshes and validations, and develop decision support solutions for financial data analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the maintenance and optimization of the Actuarial Systems Data Marts
• Perform monthly data refreshes, financial validations, and quality assurance checks to support Actuarial reporting and analytics
• Independently analyze business problems, develop recommendations, and implement solutions while communicating business impacts and results

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a related field, or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
• 5+ years of SQL Development/Analysis experience (highly preferred)
• 5+ years of healthcare claims data experience (highly preferred)
• Experience leading project teams is required
