A company is looking for a Senior Actuarial Manager (ASA) for their Health Research Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of actuaries and analysts, overseeing hiring, performance management, and career development
• Provide actuarial support for healthcare product development and data quality analytics
• Conduct actuarial research and respond to ad hoc analytical requests from leadership and clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field
• Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation
• 7+ years of actuarial experience, preferably in health insurance or managed care
• 3+ years of direct people management experience
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, R, Python, or SAS
