Job Summary
Driving complex actuarial and analytical initiatives, the full-time Senior Actuary will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, guiding decision-making through advanced analytics and risk assessment while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead complex actuarial and analytical initiatives, defining scope and execution strategies aligned with business priorities
- Advise leadership on analytical strategy and risk assessment, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals
- Oversee technical work produced by project teams, ensuring accuracy and quality of outputs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, or related field and ASA or FSA designation
- 8+ years of actuarial or analytics experience, including 5+ years in healthcare insurance
- Deep understanding of health insurance risk and actuarial methodologies
- Proven ability to lead complex projects and influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong communication and leadership skills for mentoring and developing team members
