Senior Actuary (FCAS Required)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Ratemaking Senior Actuary to leverage their expertise in pricing strategies and data analysis for various lines of business.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert on rate indications and pricing strategies, ensuring pricing adequacy and profitability
• Evaluate loss trends and conduct market research to provide actionable recommendations for strategic pricing decisions
• Develop efficient processes that can adapt to evolving business needs while supporting various business partners

Required Qualifications

• FCAS (preferred) / ACAS credentials mandatory
• 6+ years of actuarial experience, ideally in commercial insurance pricing
• Expertise with software such as Tableau, SQL, Python, MS Office, and Google Suite
• Self-driven personality with a leadership mindset to identify and drive solutions
• Intellectual curiosity to solve complex business problems
