Job Summary
Leading a multi-year effort to centralize and streamline rate filing processes, the full-time Senior Actuary - FCAS Required will manage a team focused on improving efficiency and regulatory responsiveness in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a long-term filings transformation roadmap while overseeing ongoing filings and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance filing processes and implement automation and analytical tools
- Translate complex actuarial analyses into actionable recommendations for senior leadership and represent the organization with regulators and external partners
Required Qualifications:
- FCAS or equivalent actuarial credential required for filing signatory responsibilities
- Deep experience in P&C actuarial work, particularly with insurance rate filings or related regulatory processes
- Proven ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders across various functions
- Strong understanding of data analytics, automation, and modern actuarial methodologies
- Undergraduate degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field preferred
