Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Actuary for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate specialized expertise in areas such as pricing, reserving, or predictive modeling
- Collaborate with data science and product leaders to develop models for medical and pharmacy claims
- Monitor and understand the impact of new high-cost conditions, specialty drugs, and therapies on overall risk
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related discipline
- 10+ years of experience in medical and/or healthcare insurance products
- Associateship in the Society of Actuaries (ASA) and membership in the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA) required
- Fellowship in the Society of Actuaries (FSA) preferred
