Senior Actuary - Personal Lines
Job Summary
Leading a team of pricing actuaries, the full-time Senior Actuary - Personal Lines will own pricing decisions for the Northeastern region, mentor junior actuaries, and conduct comprehensive analyses while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 5-6 pricing actuaries and ensure alignment of pricing decisions with business objectives
- Mentor and coach junior actuaries to support their career development
- Conduct and lead comprehensive analyses to ensure quality and accuracy in actuarial methodologies
Required Qualifications
- ACAS required; FCAS preferred
- Minimum of eight years of actuarial experience
- Strong background in pricing and product knowledge, with proficiency in SQL and Python preferred
- Undergraduate degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, data science, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities effectively
