Job Summary
Skilled in digital media execution, the full-time remote Senior Ad Operations Specialist will manage end-to-end setup, optimization, and troubleshooting of digital ad campaigns across programmatic, social, and search platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Own the setup, management, and optimization of digital ad campaigns across various platforms
- Troubleshoot campaign delivery issues and analyze data to provide insights and optimization recommendations
- Support onboarding and training of junior team members while identifying workflow inefficiencies for improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital ad operations or media buying
- Proficient in ad serving platforms, DSPs, and tracking systems
