Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior ADABAS DBA.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the day-to-day support of large ADABAS instances
Work with the development staff to ensure optimal query configuration and response time for performance tuning
Plan, install, configure, and implement ADABAS Cluster Services and its add-on tools

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field
Twelve years of experience in installing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting Software AG products
Recent experience implementing ADABAS Cluster Services in an IBM z/OS Parallel Sysplex
Recent experience with SAG suite of ADABAS software products
Recent experience in monitoring and tuning ADABAS databases
