Senior Administrator - Commercial Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Administrator-Commercial Contact Operations Advisor Support Team (COAST).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide help desk support and assist Commercial Sales and Order Processing teams with inquiries related to applications, billing issues, and order processing
• Conduct functional user acceptance testing for commercial sales and order processing applications and assist in identifying system issues
• Participate in product management meetings and lead the implementation of new processes and product rollouts for Commercial Sales and Support teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) -OR- 4+ years professional work experience
• 4+ years' experience in a sales, customer service, or marketing position
• 2+ years' experience in a leadership, lead, or mentor role
• 2+ years' analytical or financial experience
