Senior Admissions Representative

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Senior Admissions Representative (Level 3) to work fully remote, this role focuses on enrolling committed students into programs in Firearms Technology and Uncrewed Technology while managing a high-volume lead pipeline and delivering a world-class student experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive enrollments by consistently meeting individual targets and managing a lead pipeline across multiple communication channels
• Provide personalized consultations to prospective students, ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to enrollment
• Model best practices for the Admissions team and actively participate in team development and process improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of five years of experience in college admissions or student enrollment with a proven track record
• Strong ability to engage prospective students in meaningful conversations about their educational goals
• Demonstrated results-oriented approach and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to change and maintain a growth mindset through continuous feedback and self-evaluation
