Senior Admissions Representative

Job Summary

To support a dynamic admissions team, the fully remote Senior Admissions Representative will drive student enrollments, manage a high-volume lead pipeline, and deliver personalized consultations while ensuring compliance and operational integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Consistently meet or exceed individual enrollment targets and manage a high-volume lead pipeline across various communication channels
• Provide personalized consultation to prospective students, guiding them through the enrollment process and ensuring a seamless transition to Student Success
• Model best practices for the Admissions team, proactively identifying process inefficiencies and mentoring newer representatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of five years of experience in a college admissions or student enrollment position with a proven track record of success
• Strong ability to engage in meaningful conversations that encourage prospective students to share their educational goals and concerns
• Results-oriented, organized self-starter with the capability to influence others
• Willingness to travel up to 5% as required
