Senior Advancement Systems Analyst

Job Summary

To support philanthropic efforts, the part-time per-diem Senior Advancement Systems Analyst will analyze data to identify trends, develop predictive models, and manage database systems while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify trends and forecasts that inform fundraising strategies
• Develop and implement analytics strategies to enhance decision-making and resource allocation
• Manage and troubleshoot Advancement's database systems, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education
• Extensive experience with Blackbaud's products, including The Raiser's Edge and Blackbaud NetCommunity
• Experience in data modeling and report development, including SQL and Power BI
• Five years of previous database experience
• Experience with business intelligence reporting tools
