Job Summary
Partnering with cross-functional teams, the full-time Senior Advisor Digital Strategy will advance the digital strategy and capability roadmaps for Individual Dental sales, enhancing broker engagement and operational effectiveness in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and communicate digital strategy and capability roadmaps aligned with sales and distribution priorities
- Translate business strategy into actionable digital plans and business requirements to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment and execution of digital initiatives, managing dependencies and risks effectively
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, operations, marketing, technology, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of experience in digital strategy, sales operations, or related functions
- Strong understanding of sales and distribution channels, broker relationships, and operational workflows
- Experience supporting digital roadmaps, Agile delivery, and cross-functional solution delivery
- Demonstrated ability to influence and align stakeholders in a matrixed environment
