Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Advisor, Organizational Effectiveness & Employee Experience (P4).

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus at least 7 years of relevant experience
• Proven ability to champion employee engagement and connect leaders to continuous improvement
• Demonstrated sound analytical ability and strategic planning skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism around sensitive information
• Professional proficiency in MS Office suite
