Key Responsibilities

• Own network adequacy measurement and reporting for assigned regions, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
• Serve as a subject matter expert on network adequacy requirements, advising on risks and trends
• Analyze access-to-care data to identify performance gaps and provide actionable recommendations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, with exposure to network operations, contracting, or regulatory compliance
• 2+ years of experience in network adequacy or access-to-care analysis
• Experience interpreting healthcare regulations and translating them into actionable insights
• Proficiency in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint, with a data-driven approach
• Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities
