Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Discovery Solutions Senior Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer revenue recoveries by identifying growth, product usage, and upsell opportunities
• Lead meetings with stakeholders to provide technical expertise and support executive leadership reviews
• Produce actionable reports and develop custom queries to analyze performance and resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in customer management focused on healthcare revenue cycle technology
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to interact and influence clients and internal stakeholders effectively
• BS/BA degree or coursework in Healthcare Management/Analytics is preferred
