Job Summary
A company is looking for an Insurance Discovery Solutions Senior Advisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer revenue recoveries by identifying growth, product usage, and upsell opportunities
- Lead meetings with stakeholders to provide technical expertise and support executive leadership reviews
- Produce actionable reports and develop custom queries to analyze performance and resolve issues
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional experience in customer management focused on healthcare revenue cycle technology
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to interact and influence clients and internal stakeholders effectively
- BS/BA degree or coursework in Healthcare Management/Analytics is preferred
