Senior Advisor, Medical Solutions

Job Summary

To support the Network & Benefits Strategy Team, the full-time Senior Advisor, Medical Solutions will develop and implement innovative medical network and benefit strategies while collaborating with various stakeholders to drive profitability and growth in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and implementation of new core solutions for medical networks and benefits
• Create and present strategy recommendations informed by market insights and competitive research
• Build effective partnerships across matrix organizations to identify new solutions that enhance membership and earnings

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (preferred), advanced degree, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in medical benefits, product management, or medical account management
• Demonstrated experience in project management and product ownership
• Strong influencing and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly
• Experience with Agile and portfolio management/delivery processes
