Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Advisor, Portfolio Strategy & Operations (P4).

Key Responsibilities

• Align private fundraising priorities with division strategy and track progress against targets
• Lead project management for high-priority private funding opportunities, ensuring alignment across teams
• Manage knowledge resources and ensure effective communication of programmatic priorities to fundraising teams

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus at least 7 years of relevant experience
• Experience in large matrix organizations with a distributed workforce
• Ability to adapt projects based on partner needs and donor requirements
• Demonstrated understanding of poverty issues in rural communities
• Professional proficiency in MS Office suite
