Job Summary

A company is looking for a Distribution Project Controls, Senior Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains cost tracking tools for efficient cost management across projects
• Evaluates and implements cost management best practices and process improvements
• Leads project evaluations concerning time, cost, and quality targets, applying governance controls

Required Qualifications

• Ten or more years of experience with engineering cost controls, estimating, planning, and risk assessment for major construction projects
• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Seven or more years of experience in the Electric Utility industry
• Experience overseeing annual and long-term operational plan development for O&M and Capital activities
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis using internal reporting systems and Business Intelligence tools
