Job Summary

A company is looking for a Distribution Project Controls, Senior Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cost tracking tools and templates for effective cost management across projects
• Evaluate and implement cost management best practices to enhance cost engineering processes
• Lead project evaluations on time, cost, and quality targets while ensuring compliance with cost-related requirements

Required Qualifications

• Ten or more years of experience in engineering cost controls, estimating, planning, and risk assessment for major construction projects
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related technical discipline is preferred
• Seven or more years of experience in the Electric Utility industry, particularly in Transmission & Distribution operations
• Extensive experience in overseeing complex cost reporting and variance analysis
• Five or more years of experience developing analytical and reporting tools using various business intelligence platforms
