Senior Advisor, T&D Operational Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Advisor, Transmission & Distribution Operational Planning & Cost Performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics aligned with strategic goals
• Lead the gathering and reporting of company performance metrics and provide insights for performance adaptation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for efficiency and cost savings

Required Qualifications

• Ten or more years of experience in performance data analysis/reporting
• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, engineering, or a related technical discipline preferred
• Seven or more years of experience in the Electric Utility industry
• Proficiency in data collection, transformation, and analysis using internal reporting systems and Business Intelligence tools
• Experience mentoring and guiding staff to foster professional growth
