Senior Advocacy Advisor

Job Summary

To support nutrition policy advocacy for the prenatal-to-three population, the full-time Senior Advocacy Advisor will provide strategic leadership, project management, and technical assistance while working remotely and collaborating with various stakeholders to advance public policy priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Engage and coordinate with external organizations and lawmakers to improve nutrition policies for the prenatal-to-three population
• Track project metrics and collaborate across teams to maximize impact and achieve funder deliverables
• Develop training and technical resources to enhance advocacy skills among external partners and grantees

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in government relations and legislative affairs
• Proficiency in coalition building and media advocacy
• Knowledge of grant management and community organizing
