Senior Advocacy Advisor

Job Summary

To support nutrition policy advocacy for the prenatal-to-three population, the full-time Senior Advocacy Advisor will provide strategic leadership, manage relationships with external stakeholders, and develop technical assistance plans while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Engage and convene external organizations and lawmakers to drive policy change for prenatal-to-three nutrition initiatives
• Track and report on project metrics, ensuring alignment with funder deliverables and maximizing impact across teams
• Develop training and technical resources to enhance advocacy skills and capacity among external partners and grantees

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in advocacy or public policy
• Experience in government relations and legislative affairs
• Proven skills in coalition building and community organizing
• Strong background in grant management and nutrition policy advocacy
