Senior Advocacy Advisor

Job Summary

To support nutrition policy advocacy for the prenatal-to-three population, the full-time Senior Advocacy Advisor will provide strategic leadership, manage project metrics, and develop collaborative relationships while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Engage external organizations and lawmakers to drive policy change efforts for the prenatal-to-three population
• Track and report on project metrics to ensure achievement of health and wellbeing goals
• Develop training and technical resources to enhance advocacy skills of external partners and grantees

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in advocacy or public policy
• Experience in government relations and legislative affairs
• Proven ability in coalition building and community organizing
• Strong writing and public speaking skills
