Senior Advocacy Advisor

Job Summary

To support nutrition policy advocacy for the prenatal-to-three population, the full-time Senior Advocacy Advisor will provide strategic leadership, manage projects, and develop collaborative relationships while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and project management for nutrition-focused initiatives, engaging external organizations and lawmakers to drive policy change
• Track project metrics to ensure accountability and maximize impact across various teams and stakeholders
• Develop training and technical resources to enhance advocacy skills and capacity among external partners and grantees

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in advocacy or public policy
• Experience in government relations and legislative affairs
• Proven ability in coalition building and community organizing
• Strong background in grant management and media advocacy
