Senior Advocacy Advisor

Job Summary

To support nutrition policy advocacy for the prenatal-to-three population, the full-time Senior Advocacy Advisor will provide strategic leadership, manage project metrics, and develop collaborative relationships while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Engage and convene external organizations and community groups to drive policy change efforts focused on nutrition for the prenatal-to-three population
• Accountable for tracking project metrics and collaborating across teams to maximize impact and achieve funder deliverables
• Develop training and technical resource tools to enhance the advocacy skills of external partners and grantees

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in advocacy or public policy
• Proven experience in government relations and legislative affairs
• Strong background in coalition building and community organizing
• Experience in grant management and project management
