Senior Advocacy Advisor

Job Summary

To support nutrition policy advocacy for the prenatal-to-three population, the full-time Senior Advocacy Advisor will manage strategic leadership, project implementation, and collaboration with various stakeholders while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and project management for nutrition-focused initiatives, engaging external organizations and lawmakers to drive policy change
• Track project metrics and collaborate across teams to maximize impact and achieve funder deliverables for the PN-3 nutrition project
• Develop training and technical resources to enhance advocacy skills of external partners and implement customized technical assistance plans

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in government relations and legislative affairs
• Proven ability in coalition building and community organizing
• Strong background in grant management and advocacy communications
