Senior Advocacy Advisor

Job Summary

To support nutrition policy advocacy for the prenatal-to-three population, the full-time Senior Advocacy Advisor will provide strategic leadership, manage relationships with stakeholders, and develop technical assistance plans while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead nutrition-focused project management efforts by engaging external organizations and lawmakers to improve prenatal-to-three nutrition policies
• Track project metrics and collaborate across teams to maximize impact and achieve funder deliverables
• Develop training and technical resources to enhance advocacy skills of external partners and grantees

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in government relations and legislative affairs
• Strong background in coalition building and community organizing
• Proficiency in grant management and advocacy communications
