Senior Advocacy Advisor

Job Summary

To support nutrition policy advocacy for the prenatal-to-three population, the full-time Senior Advocacy Advisor will provide strategic leadership, manage project metrics, and develop collaborative relationships with stakeholders while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and project management for nutrition-focused advocacy initiatives, engaging external organizations and lawmakers
• Track project metrics to drive impact and achieve funder deliverables while collaborating across teams
• Develop training and technical resources to enhance advocacy skills of external partners and implement customized assistance plans

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in government relations and legislative affairs
• Knowledge of coalition building and community organizing
• Proficiency in grant management and advocacy communications
