Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Advocacy Coordinator (Work from Home).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and resolve customer/regulator complaints
  • Identify trends and provide feedback on potential regulatory compliance violations
  • Train, motivate, and coach customer service teams
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Certification
  • At least 3 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience
  • At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • Preferred: At least 4 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience
