Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Advocacy Coordinator to manage escalated customer interactions in auto finance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound calls to resolve escalated issues and perform outbound follow-ups
  • Research and resolve customer and regulator complaints while identifying compliance risks
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and participate in special projects for process enhancements
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 3 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience
  • At least 1 year of Auto Finance Loss Mitigation experience
  • At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
