Job Summary
Seeking a purpose-driven Senior Advocacy Coordinator to work full-time from home, who will manage complex escalations, advocate for customers, and collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional service outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve complex customer and regulatory complaints

Required qualifications:
