Senior Adyen Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Adyen Engineer to support a large scale payment platform modernization initiative through remote work.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Adyen, advising on integration design and platform best practices
• Review payment architecture and migration plans, identifying risks and compliance concerns
• Provide guidance on complex payment flows and partner with teams for testing and issue resolution

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on payment systems and PSP integrations
• 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing Adyen in production environments
• Deep knowledge of Adyen Checkout API, tokenization, and dispute management
• Strong understanding of PCI considerations and secure payment architecture
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (equivalent experience considered)
