Senior AEM Co-Innovation Engineer

Job Summary

To support innovative customer solutions, the full-time Senior AEM Co-Innovation Engineer will collaborate with global brands to develop AI-powered features for Adobe Experience Manager, leveraging extensive AEM expertise and hands-on software development skills in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to develop innovative product features that address real needs and demonstrate measurable value
• Utilize deep understanding of customer business use cases to identify and drive new opportunities using the latest AEM technologies
• Lead technical proof-of-concepts and iterate on solutions to validate business value outcomes

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development with a degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Expertise in Adobe Experience Manager, particularly with AEM as a Cloud Service and Edge Delivery Services
• Strong background in AI experimentation and solutions, with a proactive approach to exploring new AI applications
• Proven ability to drive innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences and value realization
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical and business concepts to diverse audiences
