Senior AEM Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior AEM/Full Stack Developer to support a federal government initiative focused on digital forms transformation and enterprise content management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level forms using AEM, including adaptive and smart forms
• Implement automated testing frameworks and ensure adherence to secure coding practices and DevSecOps principles
• Collaborate with UX, security, and platform teams to ensure functionality meets agency requirements and accessibility regulations

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years with Adobe Experience Manager (Forms module required)
• Proficient in Java/J2EE, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and AEM Forms Designer
• Solid understanding of AEM architecture, components, workflows, and templates
• Familiarity with agile software development and DevSecOps lifecycle practices
• Experience with 508 accessibility standards and tools for compliance
