Senior Aerial Permitting Specialist

Job Summary

Managing the full lifecycle of aerial permitting and pole attachment activities, the contract Senior Aerial Permitting Specialist will work remotely to support broadband and fiber network expansion projects across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete pole attachment application process for aerial fiber projects and maintain accurate permitting records
• Serve as the primary point of contact for utilities and stakeholders, coordinating permit approvals and project communications
• Partner with engineering and construction teams to support project execution and monitor permitting milestones impacting construction schedules

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in telecommunications permitting, pole attachments, or utility relations
• Experience managing aerial permitting projects through the full application and approval lifecycle
• Working knowledge of pole attachment processes and joint-use agreements
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
