Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager to oversee affiliate marketing strategies and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies aligned with client goals
• Manage daily operations of multiple affiliate programs and communicate performance results to clients
• Lead recruitment, activation, and relationship management with affiliates to enhance performance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct affiliate management experience (in-house, agency, network)
• Experience with Affiliate Networks such as ASale, Impact, Rakuten, and Commission Junction
• Proven ability to manage teams and mentor junior staff
• Strong strategic mindset with a focus on execution and client service
• Experience in budget forecasting and KPI setting for affiliate programs
