Senior Affiliate Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager - Lead Gen & Publisher Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and manage direct affiliates and performance publishers
• Identify and activate new traffic partners with strong CPL or CPA experience
• Analyze performance, conversion rates, and lead quality to improve results

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2+, preferably 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, lead generation, or performance media
• Experience working with direct publishers and traffic partners
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms such as Everflow, HasOffers, CAKE, Voluum, or similar
• Self-motivated and able to manage relationships and revenue independently
• Comfortable working with data, performance metrics, and payout structures
