Job Summary
Owning and growing affiliate marketing programs for high-profile consumer brands, the full-time Senior Affiliate Marketing Lead will manage strategy, execution, and performance analysis in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive affiliate program strategy and revenue growth across client brands, including forecasting and partner engagement
- Lead the execution of affiliate campaigns, overseeing onboarding, commission tracking, and partner communications
- Monitor program performance, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis to internal teams and clients
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on affiliate marketing experience with proven success in driving revenue growth
- Experience with affiliate platforms and partnership technologies, including campaign setup and reporting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for interaction with clients and senior leadership
- Experience in mentoring or supporting junior team members is a plus
