Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Affiliate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage the affiliate program, including platform setup, partner recruitment, and performance optimization
• Oversee publisher and media partnerships, ensuring alignment with the brand and content standards
• Manage the presence across creator-commerce and social commerce platforms, driving revenue through partner activation

Required Qualifications:

• 6-8 years of affiliate marketing experience in health, wellness, CPG, or e-commerce
• Proven ability to build and scale affiliate programs from the ground up
• Deep knowledge of affiliate platforms like Impact, AWIN, and TikTok Shop
• Strong understanding of attribution methodologies and performance measurement
• Experience in building commission structures and managing budgets effectively
